Career Development Institute, Inc. is a family-owned business founded by Janis K. Newton in 1998.  Since its inception, CDI has committed to ensuring  that each and every student succeeds in school and in their career goals. CDI has received countless awards for its successes, including  the Recognition Award for Outstanding Performance, which it has earned every year of its existence.
